“Pale Blue Dot: A Vision of the Human Future in Space” was written by Carl Sagan and his wife Ann Druyan in 1994. This book was inspired by their work together on “The Golden Record” and the photograph “Pale Blue Dot” that was taken by Voyager I as it carried their Golden Record further into the cosmos than any human-made vessel has ever gone before.
